yes, I used to consume lots of fruit juices too - all day - and okay, no added sugar, just natural and it IS quite good for you. But I suspect I may have some candida, so even fruit juices are cut out for me. BUT I take about 8000 mg of C a day and always have. I don't miss the juice and will eventually put some of it back into my diet. I'm just trying to get rid of candida. I'd say about once or twice a month, I'm sitting there and I get thirsty and my body is DEMANDING juice! It's not a craving, it's "I NEED this right now" so there, about 2 times a month max.
