I've come to the conclusion that not everyone's body type is able to handle being Pure raw VEGAN.
Just do what you can handle.
First of all Edgar Cayce also mentioned that Lamb, fowl and fish (not shellfish but the type with scales and fins) are easily digested by the body in moderate amounts. He reccomends these three meats-- but to also include raw and cooked veggies more in the diet compared to meat.
If you find that you cant digest beef-- (maybe you can?) then why dont you enjoy some lamb chops, some fresh water fish with lemon and pepper, and some turkey or chicken?
I'd reccomend getting the Free range non tampered with hormones stuff they sell.
