Ahaaa, I was playing detective and found this:

Actually, come to think of it I spoke with a person who had been studying milk once and she said that pasteurisation splits up the proteins and that they get so small, they can go right out in the bloodstream because of that, which creates an immune response in the body aka lactose intolerance, and that's not happening with raw milk, but I forgot to ask about heating, guess the same thing happens.
