Hi asia - good to hear the Paragone is working for ya! The red things are probably liver flukes if they aren't remnants of food - check out some of the pictures, or google/hunt the web using key words of flukes, parasites, pictures, etc.

The herbs are formulated to help not only kill, but help the kidneys eliminate the dead parasitic waste. Thus, the newfound ease in urination. (Same with bowels.)
