For the Epsom Salts - I'd probably just follow the instructions on the packet, since you're only trying to "unblock" rather than do a Clark protocol or anything uncomplicated.
For the bowel cleanse, I take the Clarkia , then wait 30 mins before taking the P&B shakes. Most people say wait an hour inbetween though, but I don't ahave the time, so have just had to risk it. I only take one P&B shake in the am, so don't have timing issues the rest of the day. The reason for the gap is that the Bentonite might absorb the Clarkia , and make it less effective.
