Re: Hep C Cure?

I was doing some searching around and went to dr. mercola website and did a search on Hep C. I found some pretty interesting articles on the subject. One article stated that as you stated above, that doctors really don't know what Hep C is. Dr. Mercola feels it is alot of times misdiagnosed and is Iron overload instead and you need to make the docs check you for that and it needs to be treated.

You better believe my next visit I will insist on being checked for iron overload.

Here are the tests he say's they must do to find out:

Serum iron concentration

Total iron binding capacity

Transferrin saturation and Serum Ferritan


He say's these should all be done together





I have also read there to take:

Lipoic acid 200mg 3x day and selenium 200 mcg a day and some milk thistle.


I am going to go get these tests and decide what to do after they give me the results.
