Re: Wrinkles and citrus fruits

No not really. The wrinkles on the forehead have actually little to do with the skin directly. They occur as result of long-term digestive trouble. They basically reflect what is happening or has been happening in the digestive system. Candida overgrowth indicates poor digestive functions and bile secretions. Cleansing the liver bile ducts (see The Amazing Liver Cleanse, and adjusting your diet and lifestyle to your body type's requirements (see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation) address the roots of this problem. If you are Pitta type (likely), eating citrus fruit would not have a benefical effect on your skin anyway. Only Vata types benfit from citrus fruit. For them, sour tasting (citrus) fruits are an excellent remedy to maintain good skin hydration. So is unrefined seasalt. You can see here, that what is good for one person may have the poosite effect in another (more details in the latter book).
