Which kind of exercise?


Andreas - I know you recommend yoga as a good form of exercise, but I was wondering how you feel about more high impact exercise such as weight lifting and aerobics? How about power yoga? Does it depend on body type, which kind of exercise is best? I'm a kapha type and sometimes I feel like I need high impact exercise to balance out the "slowness". Thanks.
