I do believe what you are saying and I do not eat dairy or meat products anymore. The limited protein I eat comes from nuts, seeds, avocados and occasional legumes, beans etc. These are also where I get my fats from in addition to olive oil, and hemp oil. Are you saying I should cut these out? I am trying to follow your information on diabetes and heart disease and I do eat complex carbs, steamed veggies and low sugar fruit, but find that millet, rice, cous cous etc cause my blood sugar to rise.
Also, you are right about me being afraid to speak the truth for fear of hurting others even when they are in the wrong. This is something I am trying to overcome and deal with.
