your thoughts on bird flu

Dear Andreas.. we keep hearing so much about the possibillity of a bird flu epedemic and I was wondering if you have any thoughts on if this will or will not occur. Right now it is only a threat and not happening yet. can we do anything as a society to help stop this coming. If it does come do you have any reccommendations on treating it. Do you think the government will try to enact mandatory vaccinations? How can we stop the whole vaccination machine that seems to be taking over our schools, etc. What can a person to do help stop this?
