Re: Great Question...and a couple of others. Re: Colon Health
Well, you already know my "way" of thinking :)
ANYTHING that one ingests that causes the bowel to eliminate feces without the use of the bowel itself, can obviously become "addicting" (addicting, as in, when you withdraw the "anything" and the bowel is used to having the "anything" to produce bowel movements, the bowel has to go through some type of readjustment period before it will start working again without the "anything").
So the question is: which is more likely to "heal" the intestines so they can work better and stronger after the "anything" is discontinued?
Something that causes the bowel movements by forcing/encouraging the intestines to exercise themselves and squeeze? In this case, the senna, cascara, or other natural plants that the Maker provided.
Or something that causes the bowel movements without forcing/encouraging the intestines to exercise themselves and squeeze? In this case, what I perceive to be, a more unnatural, ultra-refined 'chemical cocktail'...that not only does NOT encourage peristalsis, but causes the feces to be liquified so that peristalsis cannot/will not occur.
And if the best possible "healer", is the product that produces bowel activity without exercising the bowel muscles in any way, then why is that so? Also, I'm not speaking of the "cleansing effect" of the oxygen element. That's another aspect of all the "newer" man-made products that I don't understand yet...but it more than obvious (to me), that oxygen IS imperative, and the flow of oxygen IS greatly reduced by many factors that the typical human body need to correct or eliminate.
My mother-in-law (that cured her terminal liver cancer naturally) has always struggled with circulation issues. About 6 years ago, these issues became so severe, the allopathic doctors had no hope for saving a toe and partial foot that had started to decay. She had hydrogen peroxide IV treatments, and managed to save her foot. That extra element/atom (?) of oxygen probably saved her life :) I KNOW I need to more fully research the benefits of adding oxygen to products and protocols, but I'm so far behind now in my responsibilities to my husband and our life, that I'm frazzled beyond belief.
Here's to our health!
