actually, when I use the word "pray", I am holding the energy for the person....allowing their soul....spirit....higher self....to either source the energy or not. It is totally up to them. no manipulation......no control......just a holding.....

in my practice, I do just that....observation, with detachment from outcome....and if the person comes into balance, that is because she/he is doing the healing, not me!!

And I do understand that trapper has all the best intentions in his prayer as well.....
