This was from my page-a-day calendar I receive in my email inbox each day. I really can't imagine how they came up with this thing about causing addiction and obsession.
Just curious if anyone had any opinions on this:


Lucid Dreaming: The Naysayers

Though lucid dreaming has many fans, some experts vehemently oppose the exercise. They say a dream is a gift from the unconscious, and interfering with it only continues the daytime repression of your true self. Worse still, they say squelching your dreams could cause imbalances like addiction or waking obsessions.
