Day 2...

mid-way thru day 2 of the cleanse. The wife and i both completed a 10 day cleanse in September, and I thought it was time to do again. She's gonna sit this one out, which will make it a bit tougher. Days 2 and 3 were probably the toughest the first time around, but it seem much easier now. Maybe because I know finishing just around the corner.

All you first timers...hang in there...the short time sacrifice is worth the long term gain!
