Constipation Crisis

Greetings to all the constipated people out there. Just wondering if anyone has had success with any products, therapies, etc. for chronic constipation. Its something I've personally battled for years. The product which I found that really helped is no longer available, so I'm desperate to find something which will provide relief.

My diet is excellent (high fiber, no junk), I exercise regularly, and drink tonnes of water (plus have been taking fiber for years). I believe I may just suffer from a very sluggish colon.
