Hello. Thanks for responding. Yes, I drink a minimum of 3 but usually 4 litres of water per day (I weigh 120 pounds). Always room temperature, and never with meals (always stop 30 minutes before and wait 30 minutes after meals). I also have been supplementing with flax oil (1 TBSP once-twice daily) plus have homemade salad dressing with at least 1 TBSP olive oil daily, so don't think healthy fats are a problem. If I do fruits, I try to do them as per the food combining (in am) but occasionally have 1 in the evening (3 hrs after meal) when I crave sweets.
I have always had a very sluggish colon, I believe it is part of my constitution. However I have some good suggestions, so will get some results from some of these. Thanks for your response!
