I had never done a liquid cleanse before and I'm wondering about people's experience with bowel movements when they go on a liquid cleanse.
I just completed a gallbladder cleansing protocal that called for fasting on a liquid diet of carrot and apple juice, potassium broth and chamomile tea for 3 days before doing the flush to figure out whether or not I just passed some Gallstones or feces.
I just completed a gallbladder cleansing protocal that called for fasting on a liquid diet of carrot and apple juice, potassium broth and chamomile tea for 3 days before doing the flush. Also did 2 tbsp olive oil and juice of one lemon 2x day during that time.
On the third night of the liquid cleanse I had severe gallbladder pain for a couple hours followed by what felt like a very big release. The next night I did the flush and didn't feel much of anything. However, the day after the flush I expelled a few pretty large what I think were gallstones, but wonder if they could have been feces. I cut them open and 2 of them had green ball in center. The others did not. They weren't "hairy" and didn't smell too badly - kind of acidic. They were orangish/golden.
I had been doing between 1-3 enemas per day, so my colon was very clear. Up until I passed these blobs, I had only been passing liquid since I had been on a liquid only diet. So my question is, does your colon produce feces when you have been on a liquid cleanse? Do you think these were Gallstones or feces?
Would greatly appreciate any insight on this matter from people with experience doing liquid cleanses.
