About the left sided pain, it is most likely referred pain from your liver/gb area. I felt pain intermittently there at times during my early cleanses. Actually, the pain traveled all over to different points on my left side. After I flushed out some enormous stones (more like quarter size to walnut size) I felt better. I hope your pain improves too.
Unless you are too uncomfortable for now, just plan on another flush in about two weeks to three weeks. I like to plan mine around the full moon which the next one is peaking on 2-6-04. You might want to do it then.
