Hi, I'm New and need advice!

Hi, I have gotten Lyme Disease for the fourth time in eight years. The other three times, I had seen the tick and took Amoxycilin soon and it went away and I was fine. This time, I took Amoxycilin for a week, but then got terrible hives for three days, so the doctor said maybe it was the anti-biotic and to stop them, so I did. Then the hives went away and I was exprimenting with my food, etc. to see if it was that instead. But the hives never came back, so after about two weeks without the anti-biotic, I started again and took the rest for three weeks. But, now I'm freaked out because I still have arm pain on one side and wrist pain and some finger joint pain and I'm worried.
