Sorry to be so dense, but I'm confused. On the bottle it says take 1 to 3 drops under the tongue. I was taking 3 drops under the tongue once a day, but just yesterday started taking 3 drops under the tongue (with no water) twice a day.

So now, I don't understand the Gargle part. After I take drops under the tongue, do I then gargle with water and spit out the water? Or do I put the 3 drops in water and gargle and spit it out? Or do I put the 3 drops in water and gargle and swallow the water? Or do I just put 3 drops under the tongue like I've been doing with no water and then also put 3 drops in a glass of water and swallow that?
