When people say clay-coloured stools, they usually mean the Gray clay, which is not good. Stools should be medium to dark brown, or reddish-brown.

Some people who call themselves vegetarians aren't really vegetarians, they're Dairy-ens! ;) NOT good. Dairy should be 10% or less of your diet.

Cholesterol can rise due to lack of EFA's, linoleic acid and linolenic acid. Taking flax seed oil, tablespoon daily, really helps with this. Whole grains too, as you need minerals for the acids to convert properly.
