You can use peppermint essential oil (diluted in olive) dropped on your tongue for sweet breath. Peppermint is also very good for the digestion (get organic). Or you could chew fennel seeds to sweeten the breath, which are also very good for digestion. Fresh parsley is also good.
Rosewood essential oil diluted in jojoba or almond, and rubbed on the body after a bath - smells divine and is deodorising. 5 drops essential oil to every 10ml of carrier oil.
