After two months of observation, the Depression is almost gone----much less crying and mood swing. For two months, I ate a piece of fish aroung the size of my palm,usually salmon, mackeral or rock cod for 3 times in a week. And I take multi-vitamin with minerals every other day, plus " Silk " unsweetened soymilk, I no longer had that much Depression which I believe is chemical inbalance of the brain. Omega 3 and Omega 6 or even Omega 9 missing in the brain.
( US FDA recommends only eating 2 times of fish in a week, which I will cut off after eating 3 times for 2 months as I had saved money and had not eat fish for 2 or 3 years before. ) Also, after memorizing and voluntarily told myself to trust in the Lord and Biblical verses, I no longer had that much depression. I no longer say, I am a foreigner who came to the USA, and how will my English and job skills keep up with local people. I no longer say I will not be healed for God hates me because my parents are non-believers and practice idol worships, etc.
As for your boyfriend, think about his good points. Recently, I was working with Pastor, believe me, he has a lot of bad things like my boyfriend. He never keeps his coins just like my boyfriend. I said, " Are coins money? Are you so rich as not to care about the coins while you are earning barely to support yourself? " This helps me to understand we all have weakness, and a man's weakness is different from a woman. However, when it comes to synergy, I start to appreciate what a man can contribute to the success & fun though a lot of loop holes and differences from what I think should be. Then, life is better & more enjoyable in this perspective. Let me know if you feel better couple months later. Take Care.
