Hubby's Soreness

My hubby and I have been together for 15 years. We have done most anything that we wanted to in or out of the bed. He loves for me to use my strap on in him. He however, has been sore of late, saying that his anus burns and is driving him crazy. I hump him about twice a week and use plenty of good water base lube.
