Digestive Enzymes & Kim Chee ; )

Hi folks,

I wanted to let you know how my efforts to improve digestion are going ; )

First, I got some Kim Chee yesterday, which is fermented cabbage, garlic, ginger, and other veggies and spices and it is soooo good. As I've mentioned before one of my favorite books, 'Healing with Whole Foods' recommends raw sauerkraut as essential in the repopulation of friendly gut flora, so I had to try it. I haven't had the chance to see how it affects digestion yet but it definitely feels good. If you have a really great health food store you may be able to find some, or the book I mentioned has a pretty extensive recipe.
