Hi,
the yeast will not die when entering the blood because the blood is always kept slightly alkaline by the body to protect the health and function of the red blood cells. I have a moderately detailed post up above listed as a repost of a personal note on pH. I think that will help with some of this, at least as I understand it. I could always be wrong, but my experience says it works. Take care, Mike
