oh Liver Flushes are easy!!! :) Do a simple one and it's quite a gentle experience, just a bit of sweating is all.

Mung bean is a green bean, you should be able to find a small bag of it at a health food store. They really alkalanize the system, and purify the blood. aduki beans (small red) are also good.

Garam Masala (masala means spice, garam means general) is the basic spice for most Indian cuisine dishes. Some health food stores have it, the spice section at grocery stores often have it, but it's cheapest and sold in largest quantity at Indian food stores. One of the nice things about living in So Cal is I have tons of ethnic grocery stores near me. Makes things fun! :)
