Re: IFC #2 pills????

Hi,

1. How many pills would you have to take to equal the amount that Dr. Schulze recommends? That's a whole lotta pills for each dose!

2. Since IF#2 is so binding...I can't imagine it being effective once the capsule dissolves, just pretty much staying in a clump. A tablet form doesn't seem like it would do much of anything, just come out the other end pretty much intact.
