Oh my! I guess for once I'm glad for NOT having read a book! Eeks! Well, I have done almost 20 of her Liver Flushes and they are intense but boy do they produce results. I had also taken pain meds for a few years and it really really helped. I have also done Dr. Schulze 's flush and it was great but did not produce that many stones. I still think it's a good flush though, especially when combined with the juicing, etc.

Another option is to ask Andreas in the Ask Andreas Forum . He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
