A taste update. I bit the bullet this morning and decided to make a protein shake, which I have every morning, and put Superfood in it. Here are the contents of my drink:
glass of water
two scoops of protein
one banana
flax seed oil
mint flavored cholorophyll
8 grams of Vitamin C
two scoops of Superfood
It wasn't the best tasting shake I've ever had, but it did kill the horrible taste of Superfood somewhat. I think, for me, it's just a matter of continuing with the Superfood and then I think eventually I'll find it tolerable. Not like it, just tolerate it.
