Ooooh! Ice cream ... Hmmm ???

You are TOO Funny! Ice cream? ... What a wonderful excuse! LOL

But seriously ... you know Schulze just recently began putting IF#2 in Caps form ... but Southern has been doing just that for some time now ... AND ALSO ... they've got Vital Nutrition (formerly known as Superfood) in CAPS, for those of us who can't manage the taste.

Another suggestion for some of you out there ...mix Superfood with some really good Olive-Oil spoon it - Has kinda a nutty flavor and/or maybe add other spices, garlic, maybe some lemon, etc. and then streusal over Salad.
