Cassandra, Dr. Christopher says the cold sheet will feel refreshing to the person coming out of the hot bath. And he also says most folks sleep soundly all night when wrapped in the sheet. As the toxins are voided from the body rest will be better than ever before due to the cleansing of the body. When you awake in the morning you will feel refreshed and invigorated from having such a thorough cleanse. The large white natural fiber sheet will often be stained with the toxic residue secreted out of the body during the night. You must want to have the cleansing and cooperate with the program.
