I did it!

There are really no words to explain how the cold sheet feels. I thought the worst part was putting the vinegar and garlic in the rectum. Yikes!

I did not rest well at night because I got cold and had to go to the bathroom. I just couldn't allow myself to urinate in bed. In the morning I did not have any colors on my sheet. I wonder why?

I was very depleted this morning and exhausted. What a relief to have it over with....or at least this one!
