Super job, Casandra!

I had a very similar experience when I did the cold sheet. That water got so hot I think I was delirious with fever. I was so weak my husband had to pull me out of the bathtub. It was a traumatic experience. Then the cold sheet felt heavenly. I didn't know I was supposed to put garlic paste on the soles of my feet, so I didn't. Even with the six cups of sage tea I got dehydrated during the sweating process. When I moved slightly under all those cotton sheets and blankets, John could see steam. He fed me a few ice chips when I got so dehydrated I couldn't swallow.

I couldn't sleep either. I got cold in the wee hours of the morning, too. I really wanted to get up to go to the bathroom, but I obeyed doctor's orders and voided right there.

I figured by the time I got cold, the work had been done. I wanted to wake John up- he slept on the floor next to me in case I needed anything- to tell him I was cold. But, bless his heart, he was so wiped out I couldn't bear to tell him. So I just laid in bed and prayed until sunlight.

The next morning I was exhausted, too. Dr. C did say that might be the case, and to lay low for a day or two. I didn't lift a finger that day except to drink lots of tea and potassium broth.

My sheet stayed white, too. I was surprised.

I wonder what your next cold sheet will be like? For now, here's your t-shirt! LOL

Good going, girl! You've got some spunk!

Blessings,
-Donna
