I gained 70 pounds with all 3 of my pregnancies. It was awful! I started out underweight and just allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted and the choices were not always the best. I commend you on being healthy and taking care of yourself so well while being pregnant.
Raw food is harder to digest than juices and even foods that are lightly steamed. That is why I suggest you try that. Are you drinking the superfood? This would give you lots of nutrients and mixed with fruit as a smothie it would be great for you and the baby.
I had severe digestive problems in the past. My body just didn't break down foods so my nutritionist had me puree everything. It helped a great deal. You can get more nutrients in a juice than a salad because you could never eat that quantity of veggies. Just a thought.
