Thanks so much!!
Thanks so much for the encouragement Donna and Casandra!! I know I am doing the right thing but sometimes it feels like nothing is helping, you know?
I am only in the first trimester as yet, though I wonder if possibly a month farthur than I think? In spite of losing several
pounds none of my jeans fit anymore! I do not remember this happening quite so quickly as to have outgrown them by the second month. So I guess he's growing alright, lol. No, I do not see anyone for prenatal care. Actually I have never been to an MD in my life. Been to a dentist and chiropractor but never the hospital...
I am taking the Superfood, usually in the mornings because it helps me start off feeling good but when I get hungry and eat a little lunch I am down for awhile. Occasionally I even take it twice a day and I am also taking a plant based prenatal vitamin as my bones have been kind of "achy". Getting in and out of the floor to play with my daughter has been rather tough, ought not so to be at only two months along!! Nine months I can understand, but this is a bit soon. I also eat walnuts and almonds, which have calcium but I think perhaps I need more at this vital time in the babies cellular growth.
I love babies too, so excited about the baby. Just want to feel good till he gets here and take as good of care of him now "indoors" and when he arrives as possible.
Thanks so much for the encouragment, it was much needed today!!
