Dr. Christopher's Mind Trac formula contains the following herbs:
Scullcap Herb, Valerian Root Extract, Oregon Grape Root, St. John’s Wort Herb Extract, Mullein Leaves, Lobelia Herb, Gotu Kola Herb, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Sarsaparilla Root, Dandelion Root & Jurassic Green Powder (Organic flash-dried juice powder from Alfalfa, Barley and Kamut Grass).
Mind Trac contains all of the ingredients that Dr. Christopher's Glandular System Formula contains, namely Mullein Leaves and Lobelia herb. I would like to clean my lymphatic system out, so if I take Dr. Christopher's Mind Trac (for increased brain circulation and mood purposes), would this Mind Trac formula also clean my lymphatic system out, or should I also purchase and take Dr. Christopher's Glandular System Formula?
Also, my sleep patterns are still not good. I go through too much REM sleep (so my sleep study indicates). I tried to take skullcap and valerian (one 470 mg capsule)together to fix this problem, but it made me feel really sick in the morning. I then read that valerian increases REM sleep, and i go through too much, and don't have a problem falling asleep, but rather my quality of sleep is poor. Mind Trac contains skullcap and valarian, so how can I find out how much valarian is in this formula? I guess trial and error would be the only way to find out if the valarian in the Mind Trac formula will cause me to feel sick in the morning, or is there such a small amount of this herb in this formula that it won't affect me adversely?
