i have (and still do) use Therabreath products with success. i use the tooth gel (toothpaste), the regular strength mouthwash, nasal spray and the breath mints(they were free with my purchase at the time) and have pretty good results with them.

i bought the toothgel at walgreens and got a free tongue scraper with it and, in my opinion, if i don't use the tongue scraper when brushing my teeth with the toothgel and gargling with the mouthwash then mouth doesn't feel very clean.

the nasal spray i could take or leave........i won't buy anymore of it.

also, i purchased the extra strength mouthwash and it tasted quite a bit more medicinal and it didn't seem to work as good as the regular strength Therabreath mouthwash.

one very nice thing about the therabreath system is that it REALLY whitens up my teeth nicely.......i like that alot!
