I am married with three young kids ages 4 to 12. My family never has smelled it. It was 14 years ago when I first heard people talking about me. At first I didn't think much about it, but more and more I overheard people making fun of me. "someone needs to wash his ass, who shit?, he needs Depends, and so on". I have been a professional manager for the past 18 years, but no one ever told me to me face or even wrote me a note about it. It is amazing I was not ever fired. I just started a new sales job and I feel fairly confident it is not happening around my clients. When I was in training class a few weeks ago, the othes were making the normal comments. I thought it was gone, but it is not.
