The reason why you may still have it, it is because I am sure you are still having cow producst like yoghurt, butter, milk. Not only red meat and eggs have proteins that produces sulphur, that produces bad breath or Body Odor . But also all kind of meats, even fish, dairies, beans (black, kidneys, etc, lentils), brocolly, cabbage, all of them make you smell.
Some people comment that they started a veggeterian diet and they still smell. Well, if they are still taking smelly veggies and legumes, what can you expect. I encourage every one not only to eliminate meat, but also the list stated above.
