Re: my theory and possible solutions
So, I've been taking Odex for one week now, but I didn't want to jump the gun and make any final conclusions about it until I was sure. So, what I've found so far is that it improved my digestion I'm pretty sure, it makes me pee more, which is good because it smells strongly and it makes me think its washing out stuff from my body that shouldn't be in there, and I think it has somewhat helped my BO. But it's only been one week and I've been taking just 1 capsule 2x/day. I tried to take 2 caps 2 or 3x/day, but it made me really dehydrated because I had to pee so much. I figure I will gradually increase my dose. Now, part of this analysis was thrown off because I was really stressed out the past day or so from school work (so little sleep and poor digestion), and probably made my BO worse a bit. I would not say that my BO is cured b/c my digestion is still off a bit. The other thing might be that I still have Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth. But before I conclude this, I want to fix my digestion (focusing on liver now). I should be getting in a few day cordyceps mushroom extract. Odex seemed to work, so I'm curious to see if other mushroom extracts might work too. Also, I should note that my BO was not of the fecal kind. It was more of the urine/feet smell kind. This is why I thought my kidneys were failing and why I chose to take Odex (agaricus bisporus) which is supposed to help the kidneys and cleanse the blood. ALthough, if you google it, it does say that it helps with all intestinal-produced odors.
