Re: my theory and possible solutions
I am almost convinced now then that BO in someway has to do with bacteria in our systems - namely harmful bacteria. Acidophilus and Bifidobacteria are obviously of the good kind. I'm talking about the kind like Staphylococcus (sp.) and Enterobacteria which produce all kinds of chemicals and toxins in our bloods, gumming up our organs and systems and making us smell bad. Having taken the mushrooms now to sort of clear out my detox pathways (liver and kidneys; I'd already done
Colon Cleanses and used L-Glutamine/Glucoasmine), I think I am now ready to attack the harmful microorganisms in my intestinal tract. I could not do this before because everytime I did, the die-off of the bacteria (when they die, they release the toxins inside of them) was too much for my liver and kidneys to handle, and so it through off my digestion and made me really tired and foggy-brained. But now, I think my body can handle it. I will be taking capsules of Olive Leaf Extract and GSE, at a low dosage to start out, of course, and after a week or so, will post my results. There are other ways to attack harmful bacteria, like using
Antibiotics , but for me, at least, that is how the problem started. Because pharmaceutical
Antibiotics wipe out both good and bad bacteria, leaving your intestinal tract wide open for candida yeast to take over. Once
Antibiotics are stopped, if beneficial bacteria are not replaced, then this leaves room just for the harmful kind to come back. With natural antibiotics (Olive Leaf and GSE), supposedly, these only attack the harmful and not the beneficial bacteria.
I had a strong suspicion that it was bacteria at first because once I stopped taking antibiotics, though not instantaneously after I stopped, week by week my BO started getting worse and worse. This is probably because harmful bacteria were gradually taking over my system along with the yeast. If you have experiences with long-term
Antibiotic use (I guess more than two months-worth over a one year span) and BO, please share your experience.
