I don't think a pure raw food diet is good for me. I'm not actually sure it's good for anyone.
For a start, raw food diets tend to be low protein- it's difficult to get good protein from raw sources.
Secondly, despite enzyme content in raw foods, they're difficult to digest in large amounts. They tend to 'cool' the system too much, thereby reducing the production of digestive acids and juices.
Thirdly... And probably most importantly... Raw food is shockingly boring!
Each to their own though, I supppose!
