What a minor slip,
the first 3 days are mostly the hardest so we can focus on the many many "battles" we have won in 3 days. I sometimes count the many temptations I had the first days to have this snack or that sweety. It can come up to 50 or more situations where in the past we would have eaten and given in. So you have had about 150 victories and only one little drop out. Wonderful.
I used to focus on the things that didn´t work, more then on the things that worked well, not anymore.
Luckily I never drank coffee.
