the first 3 days are the hardest. I took the salt for 3 days and it went ok (this is my 3rd attempt to fast this year and I never came past day 5)because I allowed myself to rationalise. I am also uncertain about the salt myself. I am following my own rules that my body tells me. I stopped the salt already after 2 days. I might not cleans that fast but I intend to stay longer on my fast.
I might even try some days of just Water Fasting (after a few days more) because then the cravings might stop completely.
