Hello! Most people generally lose an average of a pound a day or so fasting. This also slows toward the latter half of a longer fast (longer than a couple weeks.) I've also had eating issues in the past, but I'd advise seeking counseling before fasting to loose wieght. Most fast for detoxification or longevity and weight loss is sort of a side effect. If you do, however, feel that fasting may help you (it does sometimes help people let go of "worldly" attachments) please, please do some research so you know how to fast safely.
