I believe I said something already to you but can it be that a message is deleted after it was acceppted? I don´t remember writing such nonsense to be deleted rigth away :-)
How are you doing after day 2 now sunshine? I am noe at the beginning of day 4 and just doing fine. I stopped the salt though yesterday and don´t intend to continue it as long as I can stay on my juices. Yesterday I had about 15 lemons and also 3 oranges.
How are you doing by now? Thinking clearer is wonderful. I also notice this already. My stomach is still very hard but I will allow my time to get it out. Jay Kordich fastet on just apple juice mixed with the juice of carrots for 2 1/2 years, :-)
But I just take it day after day, only TODAY.
keep doing things for you that you like, like the shower while your family ate. I do a lot of walking in nature, taking it a little slower then normal. As long as I don´t complain to my family about my diat or fast, they are ok with me, I think that is very important. Keep it up
