I'm a bit saddened as I think I've pretty much killed my metabolism. I've been quite restricted in my eating (including doing the Master-Cleanse for a few days) for maybe 3-4 months but just over the past 2 weeks or so have I actually felt hungry. I've heard that you should never let yourself feel hungry but I did .. and now I easily put on 1.5kg in 2 days! And it's not just water or anything (altho it is a bit), it's actual fat. What should I do?
I've been thinking and I think my only option may be to just start eating a more balanced diet (I was low fat and low carb) and live with the initial weight gain in order to boost my metabolism for the long term. What do people think??? And any ideas on how I might do it?
