Hi John...listen to your body. If you don't feel good doing the salt water flushes, just leave them out. Start your day with some glasses of WARM water (that helps to get the bowels moving)...and if you feel right about it, just take a herbal laxative tea at night.
Some people don't do the salt water flush for whatever reason.
Sounds like it just doesn't sit well with you. That's fine! Just drop it.
