Hi there...Hulda's 'preparation' is really just a parasite cleanser. So you could buy 'Paragone' ( parasite killer herbs) at your local vitamin store and take that for 1 month (you'll need two boxes of it, instructions are on the inside - it's pretty simple).

Do the Liver Flush THEN start the parasite cleansing - because it sounds to me like you just want to do the flush right away. Follow your instinct...but add the parasite cleanse afterwards, so that you clean out any parasites (if you check out the Parasite Forum - click on 'Recommended reading' you'll be amazed at how many people who didn't think they had parasites...actually have 50cm ones! SisterBran was just doing the parasite cleanse because she wanted to do a Liver Flush! - just like you - so there you go! She had a couple of 'monsters' in her!)
